Policy 1: No Smoking

Due to the increased risk of fire, increased maintenance costs and the known health effects of exposure to second-hand smoke, no tenant, business invitee, or visitor shall smoke cigarettes, cigars, or any similar product whose use generates smoke anywhere inside the house.  This strict "No Smoking" policy inside the house will be covered by a $250 deposit that will be collected on check-in to cover any costs related to smoking indoors.  We ask all guests to respect this policy.

Policy 2: No Pets

In order to guarantee our guests a comfortable, safe, and allergy-free environment, The Nickel Stone House respectfully declines the presence of pets in the guest rooms, with the exception of service dogs, which are always welcome.  Up to $250 of the deposit will be retained should a pet be brought on the premises without special permission.

Policy 3: Vistors Welcome

The Nickel Stone House has a wonderful main area for entertaining and visitors of our guests are welcome.  Any guests spending the night that are not one of the registered guests must be approved by the property manager and additional charges may apply depending on length of stay and number of additional people.
