the rates

The rates are flexible based on the time of year.  The below rates are quoted for high season and may be adjusted for long term stays or for off-season rentals.  Adjustments may also be made based on the number of people staying in the home.

• One month: $5000 per month plus a $500 damage deposit.
• One week: $2250 per week plus a $300 damage deposit.
• Three nights: $1500 for first three nights and $275 per each additional night.

The house is designed to accommodate both business travelers and visitors who are looking to stay in a comfortable environment with all the amenities of home.   The rates include:

•  Welcome package (for stays greater than 1 week)
•  High quality business level WiFi (fiber optic)
•  Extensive cable package
•  Parking (2 vehicles plus additional street parking)
•  Regular cleaning
•  Laundry facilities (upstairs and basement)
